A short reflection on the day you choose, using only your approved, synced captures.
New reviews are saved. Choose Update Reflection to generate a new version.
What informed this
Run evidence appears here when it was recorded.
Review your day
MIRR proposes. You decide. Your original entries remain unchanged.
Daily MIRR uses synced entries only. Local captures that have not synced yet are still safe, but they are not part of this review.
Prepare a review from this day’s synced entries.
Your Weekly Reflection
Review the sources, then generate a temporary look at your week.
Only synced material is included. Entries waiting to sync stay on your device.
Search original captures, reviewed cleaned versions on this device, verified Daily MIRRs, your corrections, and open loops.
Use the filters above to search your MIRR history.
Archetypes
Archetypes are symbolic lenses for noticing recurring patterns. They are not fixed identities.
Help MIRR know you
Optional background can help MIRR reflect on what you write. You can skip, edit, or clear these answers anytime.
Signing in lets MIRR keep context across devices.
Settings
Review the context MIRR may use, or revisit privacy and data information.
Fictional evaluation captures
Preview and import a fixed fictional case into your assigned TEST account. Original text and completed-day dates are preserved; meaning review remains your choice.
Daily Reflection style
Choose and save Gentle, Direct or Blunt but respectful in your existing context settings. Only eligible context is sent when you explicitly request a new Daily Reflection. Weekly uses its fixed professional style.
Check What informed this after generation. A saved choice alone does not prove inclusion, and stub output cannot test model quality.
Closing quotes
Choose quotation sources and review Books MIRR noticed. These observations do not become personal knowledge.
What MIRR Knows
Review and change the saved guidance MIRR may use in future reflections.
People in reflections
Confirmed, relevant People reports can inform a reflection you request. They are your accounts, not verified facts. Manage identity confirmation and correction, deletion, or exclusion per person and source below.
Privacy & data
Review where local and synced data live, plus current beta data-request options.
Account email
Current verified email: Checking...
Changing it requires your current password and confirmation from both email addresses when Secure Email Change is enabled.
Freezing stops MIRR from accepting the request as a normal completion. It cannot invalidate confirmation links already issued by the email provider.
What MIRR Knows
These items are guidance, not objective facts about you.
Memory eligibility is not evidence of use in any particular run. Historical exact inputs may not have been recorded.
Changes affect future guidance. They do not rewrite original captures or Daily MIRR reviews.
Beta Safety Audit
This tool is available only to a server-authorized beta-safety auditor. It does not generate new interpretations or change source material.
Privacy & data
MIRR is private beta software. You can download synced account data, manage device-local copies, and request recoverable account closure here.
Your entries are private to your account. MIRR does not sell your journal data.
Saved on this device
Captures save in this browser first so you can write immediately, even before login or sync. Local data may remain on this device until browser/site data is cleared.
Sync means
When you are signed in and online, MIRR tries to copy saved entries from this device to your MIRR account. Local save and hosted sync are separate states.
Saved to your MIRR account
Synced entries, reflections, optional Help MIRR know you answers, and archetype feedback are scoped to your signed-in account.
OpenAI and optional generation
When you request Daily MIRR, Reflection or Weekly MIRR generation in OpenAI mode, MIRR may send selected synced content and context to OpenAI, with processing outside Canada, as described in the Privacy Policy. Daily Reflection uses approved synced captures from the selected MIRR day, with bounded guidance and up to two current eligible accepted summaries from earlier days as historical background. Weekly Reflection covers seven completed days using approved captures and source-linked review material. These generation features stay optional.
Optional voice capture
Voice may send audio to your browser's speech service. MIRR does not record or store audio. Only words you explicitly accept enter your capture. You can always type instead. Read more in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

These controls affect only this browser. They do not delete your MIRR account or synced data on MIRR's server.

Download my MIRR data
Download a ZIP containing the synced server-side data currently attached to your signed-in MIRR account.
Not included: captures or other data that exist only in this browser's IndexedDB and have not synced to MIRR's server. The download does not remove data from MIRR or this device.
Close or restore my MIRR account
Sign in to check account-closure status.
60-day recovery: closing your account immediately blocks normal hosted use but keeps your synced server data for exactly 60 days so you can restore it. After the deadline, it becomes eligible for automatic permanent deletion.
This device is separate: closure does not erase captures or other MIRR data saved in this browser. Use the device controls above on every device if you want those local copies removed.
Restoration during the recovery window requires fresh authentication and your verified account email. The existing beta support channel remains available as a fallback.
Optional product analytics
Sign in to check optional analytics permission.
This is off unless you explicitly opt in. MIRR's first-party events use fixed categories only, never journal text, prompts, AI responses, corrections, memory text, passwords, tokens, email addresses, or raw account and record identifiers.
Optional events are not queued offline, are not sent to a third-party analytics provider, are unlinkable to your account when stored, and expire within 90 days. You can withdraw at any time.
Send beta feedback
Feedback opens your email app and goes to the existing MIRR beta support contact. MIRR does not automatically attach journal text, AI output, account identifiers, or diagnostics. You control what the email contains and can use the same channel to request deletion.
Email beta feedbackPrivate-beta choices and limits
Invitation only: access remains limited. A date, metric, or completed observation period never opens signup or expands the beta automatically.
Separate permission: optional product analytics and beta-safety review are different choices. Both stay off until you explicitly allow them, and you can withdraw each separately.
Recovery limit: before a larger beta, MIRR still needs current hosted backup/restore and authenticated-live safety verification. Do not use beta software as the only place you keep information you cannot afford to lose.
Other manual beta data requests
Contact the MIRR beta owner at support@mymirr.app. Include the email address you use for MIRR and the request you want handled.
- Account-closure help: ask for identity-verified support if self-service restoration is unavailable.
- Other deletion questions: ask about the scope or timing of hosted and backup-remnant handling.
Deleting synced account data does not automatically clear copies saved in browsers you used. Clear site data on each device if you want local browser copies removed too.
What MIRR is not
MIRR is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, crisis support, or an AI therapist. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, use local emergency or crisis resources.
